Choosing the Right Contract

If you plan to send your images only to us and not to any other platform or agency, then choose the EXCLUSIVE contract.
If you plan to send us images that are also being represented by other platforms or agencies, then choose the NON-EXCLUSIVE contract.

If you plan to sign the NON-EXCLUSIVE contract, it is very important that you send us your images under the same license that is being offered on the other sites.
You can select various licenses under the same contract.

If the images you plan to send to us are also available on microstock sites (low-cost RF, credits, subscriptions, etc.), then select the LBRF (Low Budget Royalty Free) license and NOT the RF license.

If your content includes images of recognizable people or property for which you do not have signed Model or Property Releases, you should only send them in as Rights Managed (RM). We do not accept editorial content under our Royalty Free license.

If you are a press, news or events photographer and are interested in signing a press agreement with us, please send us some examples of your work to photodepartment@agefotostock.com
Once we determine that your images complement the content we currently have in our press section, we will send you a press contract to initiate our collaboration.
